-- Cut Mack’s Liver Mush into
slices, brown in pan, drain, set pieces to side.
-- Combine first three ingredients
in large bowl.
-- Combine two tablespoons of oil,
three eggs and buttermilk.
--Stir into flour mixture, mixing
well.
-- Dip each piece of Mack’s
Livermush into batter mixture, coating completely.
-- Pour oil to depth of three to
four inches in Dutch oven.
-- Heat to 375 degrees.
-- Fry pieces until golden, turning
once.
-- Drain on paper towels.
-- Serve immediately.
