KAY BURRIS' PEACH PIE (ALABAMA)
- 5 cups sliced fresh Peaches
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
-- Place peaches in pastry shell. Combine remaining ingredients, then pour over the
peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 10 minutes.
